Terms of use and sale

These terms govern the use of Prospera and the purchase of its plans. By creating an account or paying, you accept them.

Prospera finds companies and writes email drafts. It doesn’t send anything: you review and send them yourself, following prospecting laws. No results are guaranteed.

Texts are written by artificial intelligence and may contain errors.

• An account is personal: one per person.
• The information you give must be accurate.
• You protect your password; you’re responsible for what is done from your account.

• 1 search = 1 credit.
• A first free test without an account, then one free credit at sign-up.
• Free credits are limited to prevent abuse.

Prices include VAT, no extra fees, paid via Whop. Cancel your subscription anytime; it ends at the close of the paid period.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

Cancel in one click from your account. You keep access until the end of the period already paid, with no further charge.

Refund within 48 h : on simple request by email after purchase, if no paid credit has been used. This guarantee applies once per customer. If you are a consumer, your legal 14-day right of withdrawal still applies, pro rata to unused credits.

You may not use Prospera to:

• send bulk email or spam;
• write to someone who asked not to be contacted;
• resell or publish the data obtained;
• bypass limits (fake accounts, automated scripts);
• harass, deceive or impersonate anyone.

Each email must be relevant to the company and let it decline further contact.

Gigs come from third-party sites and may be changed or removed at any time. The pay shown is what the company stated: it is not a promised income. Company information comes from public sources: check it before writing.

We do our best to keep the service available, but can’t guarantee it at all times (maintenance, sources down). A failed search doesn’t use a credit.

Texts are AI-generated and company info comes from third parties: check before sending. Our liability is limited to the amount paid over 12 months, without affecting your statutory rights.

Emails generated for you are yours: you can edit and use them freely. The site, its brand and design remain Prospera’s property.

In case of abuse or breach of these terms (for example repeated purchases followed by refunds), the account may be suspended after a warning, or immediately in case of serious abuse.

These terms may change. For any major change, you will be notified before it applies.

A registered company can post a job for free to find a freelancer. It guarantees that the information is accurate and that it is entitled to represent the company, and it commits to paying the chosen freelancer the agreed price, without asking for free work as a test.

Prospera checks each job before showing it, but is not a party to the contract between the company and the freelancer: price, work and payment are agreed between them. Prospera may refuse or remove a job or block a company at any time, in particular for false information, reported non-payment or abuse. The company can edit or remove its job at any time with the link received by email.
