The data we keep
- Your account: your email, and your encrypted password or Google sign-in.
- Your usage: your searches, prospects, their status and your notes, your signature and portfolio link, your credits.
- Your subscription: its status and dates, sent by Whop. We never see your card.
- Anti-abuse: an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address and device. Never the IP in plain text.
- Support: the messages you send us.

Who receives what
We don’t sell your data or send ads. Only these services receive data, each for its own task:

Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long
- Your account and prospects: as long as your account exists.
- Anti-abuse fingerprint: 13 months.
- After account deletion: everything is erased, except accounting records (legal period) and an encrypted fingerprint of your email that prevents giving the free credit again. Public missions you didn’t contact (the listing and the company’s public contact details, nothing about you) may be offered to other freelancers.
Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and get a copy of your data.
Export your data or delete your account in one click from your dashboard. For anything else: support@findprospera.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL.
Jobs posted by clients
If you post a job (“Post a job” page), we keep what you write in the form: the job, the name of the company or project, its registration number, your name, your email and your phone number if you give it. The registration number is checked in public registers (official French business directory, European VAT register).
With your consent, the job and your contact details are shared with Prospera freelancers whose skills match (a few at most), so they can contact you. You can remove your job in one click from the publication email. A request that is never confirmed is deleted after 7 days; a rejected or removed job, after 6 months.
Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords never stored in plain text, each account only sees its own data, limited admin access.
Companies shown in results
Results contain business contact details published by the companies themselves (website, public listings). A company can ask not to appear: write to us and we will remove it.
